Kacie Serls is the founder and director of Retail 8 Consulting, a boutique strategy firm working with brands across Australia, New Zealand, and the US. Her background includes over 15 years in digital marketing — with a standout six-year tenure at Amazon where she helped launch their advertising business in ANZ.
Throughout her career, Kacie has worked with over 150 brands ranging from global ecommerce leaders to emerging DTC players. Her expertise spans paid media, SEO, content strategy, marketplace audits, and full-funnel growth planning.
